and spread the sounds of Christmas!
Do You Hear What I Hear?
A week before Christmas and all through the station,
Songs fill the airways with groove and elation.
Jingles and Carols are chosen with care,
Knowing our listeners are with us out there.
Sounds of parties and laughter make the streets oh so bright.
Salvation Army bells tinkle, leaves crunch through the night.
Shoppers walk by, the malls filled with bustle,
Roads buzz with traffic, trees crackle with rustle.
The Lloyd Center skaters are filled up with glee,
As people chatter and cha-ching on a shopping spree!
Carolers sing with goodwill, business owners smile with cheer.
The magic of Christmas fills up every ear.
You can close your eyes, you can try to hide,
But the sounds take over, our ears grow so wide!
It’s everywhere you turn: songs, prayers, bells and tunes,
Telling us Christmas is arriving real soon.
From Radio to You …
We wish you Good Cheer, Happy Holidays,
and a Very Merry New Year.
